Return Policy:
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at beau@lifehaslevels.com. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it's damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom, perishable, and personal care items, as well as sale items and gift cards, cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
For an exchange, return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Right of Return:
EU customers have 14 days to return items, with the same conditions as above.
